The daily treatment of patients at Medident Adria is based on a team approach. Before any complex treatment, a case analysis and mode of treatment assessment and consultation is performed resulting in a treatment plan. The patient's wishes are adhered to the utmost, however never crossing lines of ethical and medical codes and guidelines as within the skills and credentials of the Medident Adria treatment team.

Marko Krmpotić, D.M.D., M.Sc. specialist of oral surgery, implantologist. Founder and co-owner of the centre, has worked for eleven years at the Dubrava University Hospital and eight years at Zagreb School of Dental Medicine. He has undergone continuing education throughout Europe and the United States and has been a speaker at many professional meetings. He is a member of several Croatian and European associations. Mladen Novaković, D.M.D., private practitioner in Zagreb, Croatia. Founder and co-owner of the centre, has headed a successful private dental practice in Zagreb for the past nine years. His main areas of professional interest are prosthodontics and periodontology and he has been regularly attending continuing education courses. He has collaborated with dr. Krmpotić in the field of dental implantology for the past six years. Dr. Novaković is the Head of restorative dentistry and prosthodontics at Medident Adria.

Asst. professor Rado Žic, M.D., Ph.D., specialist in general, plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Founder and co-owner of the centre, he is an assistant professor at the Surgical Faculty at University of Zagreb Medical School. He has worked for the past eight years at the Department of Plastic Surgery, Dubrava University Hospital and has been trained in the United States as well as at many prestigious European centres. He has published many scientific and professional papers and has actively participated at many national and international meetings. He is a member of several Croatian and European associations. Zvonimir Svalina, D.M.D. is a graduate of the School of Dental Medicine, University of Zagreb. He is currently in post-graduate studies leading to a Master of Science degree. His main professional interests are preventive and restorative dentistry, endodontics and aesthetic dentistry. He is permanently attending courses to perfect his skills in these fields. Dr. Svalina is running general dentistry office at Medident Adria.

Antonija Novaković, D.M.D. , specialist of dental pathology, oral diseases and periodontology. Following many years of public sector practice at Dubrava University Hospital, she has been the owner of a successful private dental practice in Zagreb for the past twenty years. Besides taking many continuing education courses throughout Europe, she has also participated and organized professional meetings in Croatia. Dr. Novaković is a consultant for periodontology at Medident Adria.

Primarius Vilma Radica, D.MD., orthodontist. Following many years of public sector practice at the Community Health Centre in Split, she is now the owner of a successful private orthodontic practice in Split. Besides taking many continuing education courses throughout Europe, she has also participated at many professional meetings in Croatia. Dr. Radica is a consultant for orthodontics at Medident Adria.
